New York

Okay, the pictures are a little jumbled and I am still unsure how to manipulate them once they are on the page. But here was the second biggest highlight of the New York trip. The Central Park Carousel! The girls were shocked when I told them this was my first carousel ride-we didn't have a lot of those in Eastern Oregon, but we did have real horses!

Bethany and Jessica

Chloe and I

The crazy clowns in the middle-

Bethany, Rachel, Chloe & I, Amberly, and Jess

Here Chloe looks like a very creepy doll-not quite fake but not real. The motel rooms are all so small in NYC and even though you tell the desk you will have a baby, they don't provide any sleeping arraingments. I felt guilty kicking people out of the bed so we had three in one bed, two in another and Chloe and I on the floor. They were two very long nights!

Grabbing a cheap meal before the shows! Rachel and I went to Wicked (which was fantastic) and Jessica went with Rachel Mann and Bethany to the Little Mermaid. In Rachel's words "Prince Eric was so HOT!"

Chloe and I outside the carousel. I am sporting my new cute sunglasses (Nick's present for Mother's Day).

The Rachels. Rachel man had to buckle up-her horse was getting out of hand!

My riding neighbor Amberly, we led the pack or I guess it would be the herd!

The Disney Store

While we were in New York we went to the Disney Store! It was one of the highlights and we had such a great time. I shopped for Abigail's birthday (that isn't until September) and went a little crazy. Chloe wasn't sure what was going on but she played along with us dressing up and smiling for the camera. Here she is with Aunt Jess-

Meeting the Family-

As many of you know, I was able to go to Boston earlier in the month with Chloe Bug. Nick recieved husband of the year award for braving it at home with Abigail for 11 days! Wow, it was brutal at times! We stayed in Utah for a few days before and after the big trip. She met some family for the first time and was a little more receptive than Abby was at this age (for instance she smiled, relaxed and most importantly didn't scowl)!

Chloe with Grandma Zella. She loved her beautiful dress!

With Aunt Vaunzell-I think we have identical pictures with Chloe's daddy on his auntie's lap!

Good ol' Grandpa Dean. Everyone smiles/laughs/enjoys themselves in his presence. What a fun guy!

Chloe wasn't crying with Grandma Hill, but for whatever reason, her little nose is red!

Grandma Peggy! We don't get down to Spanish Fork often, so we were happy to stay an extra day to go visit Grandma. While we love where we are living we miss seeing our family!
